Please can someone contact me about my website. I have been trying all day to post a question and the system keeps saying it cant create the reply
Linda@bigwristbracelets.comI have a problem with an easy commerce website, and I have not been able to post a question, the system keeps saying it can’t post my question at this time. I posted here because this is another WEN theme site I’ve been able to get help with.
After I posted the previous question yesterday, I tried to post about the problem and got the unable to post prompt. Is there somewhere else I can post to get help?I’m replying to this older post hoping it will go through. I tried all day yesterday to post a question and the system kept saying it was unable to post at that time, so I’m trying this morning to see if I can actually post.
I have had to revisit this, and we still don’t understand what is happening.
When we click on the Read more on the front page, nothing happens except the page redraws.We need it to go to the page so the information can be read.https://ltcwc.com… the read more should take the reader to the page that is designated as the front page, where the excerpt originates. but it just re-draws the front page.
ThanksYes. The issue, however, was that the featured image does NOT appear as it should. I put another image in the socials section of the Yoast section of the page, where an image different from the featured image is put to show on a Facebook post. That image shows as the image in a link, not the featured image.
It does, yes, and thankyou. Is there any way to prevent that block from displaying at different sizes, twice?
In this video, again slow to 1/4, you can see that the CTA block displays smaller, then jumps to larger, then back to smaller..

This shows the two CTA buttons initially sitting on the left of the screen, then jumping to the center.

I have downloaded the demo files.
Once again the issues are:Like all the other WEN themes I’ve used the placement of posts on the home page needs To be changeable, as does the order of the other sections.
The image plugin necessary for featured images has not been tried on the current version of WordPress and does not work in this theme. Images are either pixelated or do not appear at all.
Please refund.
First of all, I have been through the documentation. Several times. The instructions for adding an image as the featured image says nothing about another plugin. I did as you suggested and added the plugin, but it has not been tested with the current version of WordPress, and it had no effect on the featured images.
As I said, I tried inserting images of different sizes, they either pixelate or do not appear.Having the posts appear first on the front page is also something not suitable to my needs.
All the other WEN themes I’ve used allow widget items to be re-positioned on the front page, not in one static location as they are in this theme.
I need to be able to move them to different locations on the page and change those locations at different times. As this isn’t possible on this theme, it’s unusable for me.
Again, please refund. I can’t use this theme as it stands.

I realize posts are created and edited on the dashboard, what I need to know is how is their appearance on the front page of the website controlled? How do I move them to another location on the Front page? How do I control the order they appear in? How do I control how many appear on the page?And, as I said, the facility to revert to a previous version has been removed on these posts. How do I access a previous version.?
